Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

For my parents' anniversary, I am having their home movies transferred to DVD. I need to title the movie. I am not particularly creative and the kids made fun of the name I had chosen.

Any clever, creative, catchy suggestions?

We titled the one of my parents' wedding and honeymoon, "Paul and Ann: The Movie"

And you think you lack creativity?

I guess you could go with it, and make it a big cliche...like "The Days of our Lives."

Or, why not have the kids make suggestions, and pick one out of a hat?

We always said my dad looked like Archie Bunker, so I was thinking "Those were the Days". Remember the song Archie and Edith would sing at the beginning of the show?

I had entitled it The ___ Clan (my maiden name rhymes with Clan) and the kids made fun of me.

Court thinks we should entitle it "Did we really dress like that?!"

I like your ideas Molly, and yours too McBeth!

My dad would LOVE something titled "Those Were the Days" - he's a sentimental old fool under a strong exterior. And we used to watch All in the Family every week.

Court's suggestion made me LOL.

ETA: if you use Those Were the Days you can have the music superimposed with the images.
