Has anyone else found that the customer service at montessori r & d is bad? No response to email, or delayed response with a snarky tone?

Oh dear. I haven't ordered from them, MR, but I'm so sorry you're having an awful time dealing with them.

It is unsettling.

Hope they offer some satisfactory response soon.

Thanks. I decided against ordering from them after the last email with the snarky tone. Too bad for them. I was going to spend between $500-$1000 on manuals and materials. In the end, i decided that I would go with NAMC and their black line masters. I could see myself getting material overload with r&d. So i went with the namc which have blackline masters corresponding to the manual. I hope they are sufficient. I look forward to discussing them with you all when they arrive.
