I'm thinking to purchse the boys this flashmaster thing sonlight sells .
Got me thinking if anyone here has used it .
My main concern as I do not like electronical items much is noise . does it have a voice that is irritaing in anyway ?
How about other elctronic math help devices ? have you used any ? which have been big hits which have been a big waste of money ?

I don't know how old your kids are but MathMat by Learning Resources was a hit here. A mat you lay on the ground with numbers on the edges of a circle. The speaker calls out facts and you can jump on or hit the answer with your hand. It only does numbers, addition and subtraction though.

I, too, have the Sonlight flashmaster on my list to purchase this year. I have no experience with and don't know anyone who does, so I hope you get some replies about this!
