My cousin's new little daughter was born by C-section on Monday and is now in the ICU with some sort of infection. The details are sketchy coming through the family grapevine but she and her parents could use some prayers. They are supposed to know more tomorrow morning. Thanks in advance!

UPDATE 6/5 6:49pm (posted here and below)
My mom just heard from my aunt and the doctors are really perplexed. There is no indication of infection, but Baby Jayden has stopped eating, isn't able to swallow and she has fluid on her lungs although she was doing fine when she was born. These symptoms developed between a 24 and 36 hour period after her birth. Please pray for Jayden and her family but especially for the doctors to give her the best care they can and be guided in finding the right answers. Thanks!

UPDATE #2 6/6 (posted here and below)
OK... the family grapevine is getting a little better. Apparently Baby Jayden was born 3-4 weeks premature and all of the problems that she is having might be due to that. The doctor taking care of her is known for being extra cautious so he wanted to rule out any kind of infection which they did so now, they are just going to watch her and wait for her to get a little bigger and hope that these problems clear up with time.
My uncle, Jayden's grandpa, was really touched by all of your prayers. Since she seems to be out of the woods for now, I will just ask for prayers for her to grow big and strong so she can go home soon!

Final update:
Thank you for all of your prayers. Baby Jayden left the hospital to join her brother and two sisters at home. She is growing and thriving. She was a mere 4 pounds 9 oz. but the doctors say she is in good shape and getting stronger every day.

No new updates yet from my uncle. The doctors think she has an infection but aren't sure. Baby Jayden is still in the ICU even though her mom is scheduled to be released soon. Please keep the prayers coming!
