1. I can't find the kids' birth certificates which they need for all-stars.

2. My 12 yr old dd is making a road trip with dh's aunt for the night. They are hauling a small sailboat and there are terrible storms moving through VA where they are traveling.

3. Our safety here, we are under severe weather warnings.

Thanks for the prayers. We weathered everything. Dd is home safely.

The tornado went right through our front yard! We have at least ten large trees down, but, thank God, we are safe and nothing was damaged! The front of the house won't be quite as shaded, that's for sure.

Dh is out of town so our neighbor and another friend spent hours cutting up the three trees that fell across the driveway while ds 16 split the wood and hauled it out of the way. One tree is still leaning precariously against another. If you could offer a prayer that it stays that way until I can get a professional to take it down, I'd appreciate it. It is aiming at our detached garage.

We had to sleep in the basement with no electricity. Six kids and I "cuddled" together on two couches. Needless to say it was not restful, especially as the storm continued late into the night! The electricity just came on a few minutes ago and now we are off to baseball.

Tomorrow I sleep! (I hope)

we have had alot of tornado touch downs around here, and some pretty big storms!
I think it is a busy "season"??
