Rub them in olive oil and pesto and throw them on the grill for an hour. Stuff it with garlic cloves and throw it in the crock pot with big chunks of onions, celery, and bell pepper. When it's tender enough, take out the chunkies and pull it apart with a fork. Serve on pistolettes or over rice. I have more if you them...pork tenderloin is one of my favorite things to cook!

This is the recipe that my friend gave me. Oh so good.

Dip your tenderloins in beaten egg...then dredge in seasoned bread crumbs which you have added rosemary to (fresh or dried). I use Progresso Italian bread crumbs. Sear on all sides in olive oil at a med-high heat in an saute pan. Put into a 350 degree oven until internal temp is 168 F (or a couple degrees less if you want a pink center).

I use an All-Clad stainless steel pan that is oven-proof...so I put the pan directly into the oven. If you use a pan that cannot go into the oven...just place seared tenderloins into a Pyrex or whatever you have.

Mary Chris, this is the absolute best pork tenderloin recipe I have ever had. It's Jamaican Jerk Pork Tenderloin from Cooking Light. Two scotch bonnets are enough for me (and I like spicy!), and be careful chopping those babies--they are hot!

Teriyaki Tenderloin is on our 2 week rotation of menus. My kids love it and it tastes great as a left over sliced thin on sandwich rolls. The Teriyaki flavor is very subtle! My kids usually don't like sauces or marinades but they love this one!!!
