Well, friends, today is the day we give the keys back to the landlord. He'll do an inspection this evening - after 5pm.
Please pray that everything will go smoothly.
Some of you will remember this situation, which is why we feel we (and he) needs prayers.

Well, we met with him last night and both my dh and I think our trouble with him is NOT over.
We lived there for 11.5 years and only when we asserted our rights did trouble begin...I had a hard time sleeping last night because I kept thinking, "What if he takes us to small claims court?"
He doesn't have a case but he's the kind of person who is so petty and he lies. He also is the kind of person to do something like that out of spite.
That is why I have been asking for prayers for him.
I'm not sure what will happen at this point. I've got a call into an attny.
