Dear Ladies (and Gents),
First, let me say THANK YOU to all of you for your prayers and sacrifice on behalf of my son and all those serving in harms way. Johnathan arrived home safely early Tuesday morning from Iraq. (Of course he didn't call me until today to let me know he actually made it all the way home, lol.)
I am sorry to always come here asking for prayers. It seems that is all I have done for the last few months but right now I am desperate. Please pray for my husband, Cris, and my family. His new boss is trying to push him out of his job. We have been with this company for 13 years and my husband has given SO much to them.
We found out about this about two weeks ago and I have been at peace with all of this until just a few moments ago and then I started to panic, lol. I know that feeling is not of God so I am asking all of you to pray for a spirit of peace for me and my husband. I KNOW God has a plan.
Pray that we are shown a clear path for the direction we are supposed to take. We have three options in front of us and we don't want to make the mistake of not following the one God has put before us.

How wonderful that your son is home safe and sound. Praying for your dh's job situation. I know all too well that sense (or known fact) that your boss isn't on your side (to say the least). Praying for the intercession of St. Michael and St. Joseph.

Well, one of the doors closed this morning and another is closing fast. We still have another option but it is the scariest of the choices we had and will leave us without health insurance.
God never promised it would be easy did he? Please keep Cris in your prayers especially. He is VERY worried about being able to provide for the family. He is trying to "let go and let God" but it is REALLY hard for him.

Please keep praying!
We finally got a little bit of "good" news about the situation and someone with clout is finally listening.
Please pray that things work out quickly one way or the other and that we have an obvious answer about what we should do.
We also got some REALLY great news about John! The points just came out for May and he is being promoted to Sgt (E5) and he signed a volunteer statement that puts him into a program for Special Forces. He goes to school in August.

Well, things took a bad turn about 8 weeks ago and the boss gave Cris and another manager, Brian, a PIP (personal improvement plan).
Basically the PIP states that if they don't meet certain expectations(which are very vague and easy to manipulate with different reports) within 60 days they will be fired.
The 60 days are up for Brian and he no longer works for the company. We don't know why yet. It could be he found another job but most likely they fired him.
These are absolutely personal attacks against Cris and Brian. Brian's depot is only $4,000 behind total sales projections for the year - which is less than 1% and the year is only half over. Cris is further behind but still only about 2%. We are talking sales of 2 million dollars and only being behind a few thousand with plenty of time to make up the difference. 
We will know by mid-week next week if Cris still has a job but since Brian is gone, most likely he won't.
Please pray for us. We do have the other option available that I mentioned before but like I said it is really scary and leaves us without insurance. The kids could get coverage through the state but they won't cover adults. Cris has Type II Diabetes and High Blood Pressure and takes five different kinds of medicine every day. That is the only thing I am concerned about.   I know God will provide but it sure is scary not knowing how.
I will let you know how it goes as soon as I find anything out. Please keep Brian and his family in your prayers too as I am sure they can really use them.
