Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

The fair is up over at my place. Stop by, it's wonderfully inspiring.

You did a fabulous job, Colleen. It was so clever and well put together. Glad you got so many submissions. The spring fairs are off to a great start!

Colleen,

Thank you for your hard work. This was very timely for me as I have just solved a huge laundry problem that has been bugging me for months. I posted a link in your comments, I hope that was ok.

Great job! I should have gotten it all together and posted about my clothesline (wink), but I've already blogged about these things before. Strange but true, when the sun begins to get warmer and shines longer each day, laundry can and does become a kind of ritual offering us a certain type of peace in our daily chore routines. Think of how many prayers we are missing while handling our loved ones clothing if we dread this task, especially ironing those men's shirts...right?

I LOVED this fair, I really did. Very inspiring, especially as I'm trying to figure out how to implement my current laundry system into our new floor plan.

Renee, Speaking of prayers, I have a very dear friend that went from sending her husbands clothes out to the dry cleaners to doing them at home so they could save some money. She mentioned to me just how very much she loathed buttoning and unbuttoning those tiny collar buttons and ironing around them each day. So, since that day, every time I do those little buttons on my own husbands shirts (every morning but Saturday!) I say a prayer for her! :)
