While at the grocery store tonight with all 4 kiddos, we were choosing soda for pizza night. Littlest guy says "But I can't have 7 & Up because I'm only 6. Next year I can have that." Took me a minute to figure it out ......he thought it was an age range like on toys and books. That will be one to remember!

His latest, the evening after his ear surgery, was this: "There was no shots AT ALL. I was all worried about shots and there was none. So I was all worried for just no reason!" He is a riot!

Now I wish I could remember something cute my 6yo said a while back that I almost posted here. He has an aunt who is happy to read a steady stream of his quotable quotes in e-mail, so whatever it was must have been particularly suited to this board. Oh well.

I used to read a group that used "CTTS" in the subject line for messages about "cute things they [kids] say." Might be a fun light reading thread here.

OK, I have one. My 5 yo was talking with her best friend here this evening. Her friend has long decided that she wants to be a "cowgirl" when she grows up. She turned to my dd tonight and said, "Do you want to be a cowgirl like me when you grow up? Or do you just want to be a mom, who does nothing?"
