Of Motherhood that is! ;) My oldest child is 13 today. He has been on retreat since Easter Day and we are so looking forward to his homecoming tonight. I guess the apostolics at the minor seminary he is at threw him a suprise party! :) It does not seem possible that I am the mother of a teenager. I know that as fast as my babies have come, they will turn teens just as fast, and then, the will leave, one right after the other, just like the came. Our Mother of Mothers ~ Pray for us.

Oh Lisa, I have been feeling this so much lately. They grow so fast, time moves so quickly. I'll add my prayer that we can be gentle mothers, and not so busy that we miss all of the precious times we have with our children.

Boy Lisa, can I relate and feel what you are feeling! I remember so well when my oldest boy was 13. He is now 18 and a plebe at the Naval Academy. They do grow up so fast and become men before you know it. Same with the girls. Now that we have entered the teen, college stage with five of our kids, the ball just keeps rolling faster and faster. I pray everyday for that peace of mind as they mature and leave home. It is so hard. God bless you!

My second will be a teenager next month, and the time has definitely flown. Praying for you as you face this new stage of life.
