I just got home from the credit union. I had to cancel my checkcard as someone was making fraudulent online charges with my account. Please pray that this is resolved quickly and easily. Luckily, I caught it early and they were all pretty small charges, but starting to get bigger.

Praying! This happened to us last year when I was in the hospital with Lydia. They ran up over $500 at gas stations around town before the bank put a hold on our account.
thankfully, it was resolved by our bank and we didn't lose any money. I hope your situation is resolved as easily!!

So sorry to hear about this Mary Chris.
Advice - same as I gave to Ruth
- get fraud alerts put at all credit bureaus
- you can check all your credit reports for free online instantly
- check all banks and credit cards - inform all banks and credit card to put alert on all your savings etc to prevent any future fraud
- inform the local police
- call the ftc and report the fraud
Let me know if you need phone numbers or anything - I have a crazy morning - but should be able to get back to you later.
