What do you do with ripe bananas?
We freeze them in chunks and use them in smoothies. We make banana muffins and banana bread. We just made these cookies. Any favorite recipes to share?
Love,

I freeze them, and then my son eats them like a popsicle. He loves them this way!

I just made your banana bread recipe tonight for tomorrow's breakfast!!!
I like to chop bananas up, mix them with yogurt and make yogurt pops.

Thanks, Tracy and Jenn. I'll remember these *cool* ideas when the heat soars and I don't want to turn on the oven .
Love,

I've been freezing them, then chopping them up (while still frozen), pouring milk over, leaving it for a couple of minutes, then mashing.
It's been a (no blender noise:-) ) smoothie... that's been great for a cool, quick snack when hunger has attacked in the evening.
