Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

My baby is 2.5 months old. I find that I still have occasional, very light spotting after physical exertion. It doesn't have to be much. Yesterday I walked for 15 minutes on the treadmill and starting some cramping and light spotting.

Anyone else go through this? Is this just the result of having so many babies?

I never went in for a postpartum check. Wondering now if I should?

Yes, I did...up until week 11 and then boom, my cycles started at week 12 almost to the hour! This was my fifth baby, second c-section and I was told that it wasn't anything to worry about unless it became heavy.
