Please pray for her...she was so happy to be carrying baby #4, and she found out Friday that her pregnancy was tubal. She's really, really sad, although she realizes that medical intervention was her only option. It was a difficult decision and a tough surgery. I know she will appreciate your prayers, especially since she had not shared her pregnancy details with many people.
She definitely wants to keep trying to conceive; the docs have told her that she has a good chance of doing so.
