I come asking for prayers for me, and my family. I have been undergoing a real trial for the last several months, struggling with fulfilling my duties as mother to my children. I've made many drastic changes to our routines, and I've seen some good fruit. But, I need to focus much more of my attention on these little ones, increase my patience, decrease my anger, etc. Many of the recent posts desribing desperation and frustration, questioning the decision to homeschool, etc could have been written by me.
As much as I'm sad to do this, I need to pull back completely from the internet, save for email.  I will miss this group, because I have gained so much from it, more than I can possible articulate. I need to pull back so completely because I need that 'clean break' to help me reprioritize. I tend to get sucked into the internet, great blogs, etc, and I need to get out of that. I know many cut back during Lent. I hope to be able to return (in moderation  ) sometime after better habits and routines are established.
I ask you to please pray for me. I've been struggling mightily these past few months, and I need the strength that only prayer can bring. and please pray for my precious children...
Know that I will continue to pray for all the requests of this group. I will not know the specifics, but God does!
