of a Franciscan University of Steubenville student, Amanda Pudvah, who died unexpectedly last night. Please also pray for her family and their grief. Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord. And may perpetual light shine upon her.
Update---apparently this 21yr old girl had the flu. She was in the dorms, her roommate took her to the local hospital and she died of complications.
The poor parents! She is from Vermont (I think) I do not know her, I just thought all you moms would sympathize with this poor family.

A mom in our homeschooling group had sent a prayer request about Amanda yesterday. Her daughter lives in the same dorm. She said that Amanda died of hemorrhagic pneumonia resulting from the flu.
She also said that Amanda died during the hour of the Divine Mercy and had a priest with her.
Praying for Amanda, her family, and those who mourn her loss.
