Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I am hoping to incorporate more writing in Brigid's day. I am not looking for a grammar , spelling, or IEW (have IEW and have really liked the help for the older girls--it has been a great tool but it has been less useful for Brigid's younger age-almost too stilted.). To keep writing unintimidating it want to do it in small bits. Brigid responds very well to shorter lessons.
I want to incorporate writing into our learning lifestyle as narration and read alouds have been incorporated. Elizabeth's Real Learning, MacBeth's talks and reading suggestions, other book lists (with topic headings as a guide ) and the CCM list have been the kind of resource I look to and have found most helpful.
If you have TWJ, how have you found that it impacts your learning day/environment?

I think you can get a good sense of TWJ by reading Julie's blogs at Bravewriterand subscribing to her reminder list. I've found that TWJ dovetails beautifully with Real Learning and is a valuable resource to pulling the whole lifestyle together...
