can i ask for prayers, please? I pinched a nerve in my neck/back while I was twisting loading clothes from the washer to the dryer. I can hardly move my arm and head. ouch

I am so sorry, Laura. Every year I plan to exercise and eat well.........and the last three years I have got bronchitis.........and then after that, the last two years I got chondritis in my chest..........almost like a pinched nerve........

I do SO wish I could come help you! I hope your hubby is home for the weekend!

Take some arnica for sure............maybe some hypericum. A chiropractor would be nice....
