Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Why, oh why...when boys wrestle indoors and inevitably bloody one another (this time it was a scab re-opened) must they stand on the carpet and bleed all over the place, and even continue to wrestle??? Why don't they simply move to the hard floor...or even better, grab a tissue??

So I have blood spattered all over my living room carpet. Ick. Any tips, all you mothers of boys??? (PS, I only have 2 boys, but add two boys cousins, and you get WWF on the living room floor every time!)

My midwife always recommended Hydrogen Peroxide for small blood stains. I would try a small area first to make test it.

Yep just what Betsy said

I would put the peroxide on a cloth and wipe the carpet clean and then wash that area of carpet asap to pull the residual peroxide out.

We have this same problem. Hydrogen Peroxide was the answer.

Thank you so much ladies! I used an Oxyclean spray, which is a hydrogen bleach, and it worked! (Probably won't pass the black light test, but it looks great at least! )
