I would appreciate any prayers this morning. I feel like this is so trivial in comparison to the others on the board, but I'm so overwhelmed right now, I don't know what to do. We just finished (I thougth) a stomach bug this weekend, only to have two of my children throw up again this morning, a good 48 hours after I thought they were done. It seems like the whole house is teeming with germs, my four year old refuses to eat anything because he's afraid to get sick again (he's SO little, and doesn't have an ounce to spare, is so picky anyway and I can't get him to eat a thing), the baby won't sleep at all (not an exaggeration-- I haven't had any caffiene since Friday morning, and the way he's acting you'd think he was jacked up on coffee) the two year old is so demanding, and I'm just not handling any of this well. I didn't feel like I was doing things right before all this, and now its all just so much worse.

Sending hugs and prayers, Anne! Praying that the Holy Spirit sends real physical healing your direction! Hang in there. It is impossible to get anything done when kids are sick -- especially without sleep or caffeine. (At least that's how things work in my world.)  It's also much easier to feel bad about yourself and your situation when you're tired. Be gentle on yourself, and take things one thing at a time.

Thank you all so much!
Not long after you all started praying for me, a dear friend called out of the blue and started with, "how are you?" It all came out.  After a long conversation, some good practical advice and encouragement, she had me smiling and not feeling like I was drowning in it all. And she pointed out that ds isn't going to starve himself to death.
