Do you have a set computer time - or computer limit - for yourself? When do you spend time on the computer - late at night, early morning, throughout the day? How much time are you on there per day? If you blog - how much time to you devote to blogging (writing and/or reading others!).
I have heard people say that they give themselves a half-hour a day. I have no idea how I would check email, check the 4Real Board, read any blogs, and have time to write in my own at all with that amount of time (and what about uploading pictures, editing them, etc?)
I would love to hear what others do. I have a love-hate relationship with this machine!

Often, first thing in the morning I will check email and the boards for about 15 minutes, and reply to the quick things I feel like I need to reply to. However, I think it would be better to not do this since it can suck me in, but for things I have to think about before I respond, it gives me the time to mull things over before I write.
In the afternoon when the kids are having quiet time, I may spend as much as an hour doing the big email replies (I've been trying to reply to 10 a day to keep my inbox from getting out of control) or a thoughtful post here. I don't read blogs.
In the evening I spend 1/2 hr-45 min writing my blog, but I only do that 2 or 3 times a week when we're busy and once a week or less frequently when we aren't. The blog is not a "deep thoughts" blog, it's just news for our family which keeps posts and pictures simple. I load and edit pictures as I'm writing, I don't provide lots of links, and even try to keep my text fairly spare.
Two hours a day sound like a lot to me (and it can be more if I'm shopping), but I realize that I usually have zero outside interaction and this (the forum) substitutes for that. The pitfall for me can be coming here too often.

I echo Rachel's habits.

I'm on the computer throughout the day. I tend to read/surf while nursing, so I'm on quite a bit. I can't type and nurse at the same time usually, so I squeeze typing time in while Lydia is napping on my shoulder, or at night when she's playing with DH. (she's napping right now)
I blog when I get a chance -- I should probably save more posts as drafts and clean them up before posting, but I tend to write and post bc I figure I may not get back for days. I also post pictures on a blog that is mostly for family and I don't spend a lot of time editing those -- just shrinking the size and throwing them up.
I'd probably be embarrassed to figure out and then admit how much time I spend online.

No, well for the kids I do, but I am being very much convicted that I need something for myself. I've become addicted to the discussions with all of you but beginning to realize that it is also a huge temptation away from my daily duties and time hog. Better go tend to the 5 yo.
