The daughter of one my dearest friends will be going in for surgery Monday morning to repair both her kidneys. She has been quite ill this fall and after testing it showed she has renal reflux (on both sides) and must have the situation remedied ASAP. One kidney is healthy but the other is severely damaged and they don't know if it will have to be removed. They'll cross that bridge next.

Please pray for Hayley who is not yet 2 years old. She is the sweetest little girl and has weathered all this like a trooper. The operation is scheduled for 10 a.m. and it will take several hours. She will be in the hospital for a week before she can return home.

On top of all that, we have a snowstorm predicted here in MA for Monday morning, and my friends will be driving her into Boston during rush hour and all the messy weather. Please pray for their safety, and their peace of mind.
