I like having some curriculum to follow and have been using Story of the World II. We really enjoy it. We listen to the CD's in the car, read the suggested books, and do the exercises and projects at home. Even 4 year old dd can answer some of the comprehension questions!
I am looking for something similar and Catholic now that we are getting to the higher levels. Ideas? Does anyone know of a yahoo group like the Sonlight Catholic group that helps with some of the chapters that might not be too friendly to our faith?
I am also thinking of going back to Sonlight-but would prefer not to have to run through ahead of him and try to find anything questionable and look for replacement lessons.
I am also posting the same type post in LA.

I WISH there was a SOTW for Catholics. Sadly... no.

The closest right now is probably "Connecting With History" from RC History or the "History Links" unit studies. I've used them both and been pleased. (We are now starting on our 3rd go-around of a 4-year history cycle! So I have done A LOT of different curriculums AND made my own up!)
