Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Could you stop by my blog and let me know what color you see in the blogging area and side columns? I see the creamy gold that is also in the banner but a friend see's only the green background and said the writing is very hard to read.

We had the same problem with my previous theme... she didn't see the same backgrounds that I did and so I am curious as to what everyone sees.

Thanks!!

Hey Theresa!

As it is loading (which took a few minutes on my computer) I saw the maroon color all over the whole page...and at first I thought, oh it IS hard to read!

Then, when the page was fully loaded, it turned to the creamy color where the words are.

Looks very pretty!

I see the green on both the column and sidebars. No cream.
It does make it hard to read.

Could it be an Internet Explorer vs Firefox issue?
I use Firefox, btw.

I see green and it is very hard to read. The only place where it is cream is in the banner. I also use Firefox.

How odd. I use internet explorer.

I wonder why using Firefox would change how people see it.

*sigh*

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Here is the section of html coding that I have in for the creamy gold color. Obviously it has something to do with this.

body {
background-image: url(http://i109.photobucket.com/albums/n58/CornerCottage/Chr itmasblog12.gif);
background-repeat: repeat;
margin: 0px;
background-color: #2B2B51;
}

If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate the help. There must be something with this coding that Firefox doesn't like.

O.kay, I think I may have gotten it figured out. If those of you with firefox could check it again for me I would really appreciate it.

Looks OK on Firefox to me! I see cream expect in the first few seconds before it loads.

Ok, this is weird. I see cream now. Could be because I just cleared my cache due to problems with my own blog.
Anyone who sees green could try clearing their cache (go to tools, clear private data, check the box for cache, uncheck any others, hit "clear private data now") and see if it helps.

Theresa,

Piping in late, but I see it beautifully! I love the colors and the banner .... lovely! But then I use IE, so I may not have had any trouble earlier either?????

Very nice, Theresa!
