Please send a small prayer my way. I put my head down to fasten my clothes yesterday morning and something horrible happened to my neck. I almost passed out, and since then I cannot move my head at all- up or down, side to side, etc. I could barely sleep last night the pain is just tremendous. It is now radiating down my left arm and back. I have tried Menthol rubs, heat, etc, and dh has tried to help rub it out.
Thank you for your prayers. Today was one of those days when I had so much that "had" to get done. and I am in pain and can't move.

Yikes, Lisa, praying!!
Please see a dr. I've had injuries like this in the past - and the difference between trying to handle it on my own v. seeing a dr. was night-and-day! Especially with the level of pain that you're experiencing - it doesn't sound like a typical muscle strain!

Had the same thing happen to me last October. Went to Md and got some good medicine so I could at least lie down and get some sleep. Please do take care of yourself...

Praying.
Lisa, sometimes just lying still and breathing and not stretching it if it hurts is the best thing. Take lots of motrin a couple times a day. Let it subside on its own.
I know it is hard for us moms to ask for help, but get some help for a couple of days.
