Naomi Catherine has joined our family...
She was born on August 18 at 12:39 PM and weighed in at 9lbs 4oz. She was 21 inches long.
Needless to say her other six siblings are overjoyed.
We are so happy to be home!

Thank you all! We are so enjoying the latest addition! Now if only I could learn to truly sit back and relax knowing that the laundry and extras can wait for full recovery and a nice "babymoon". I know from reading past posts that many of us have this same struggle: that of balance. We want to maintain lovely, clean homes, but sometimes we allow it to steal our joy. BALANCE: oh to be able to finally have it. I keep telling myself that it will come, but it seems to always evade me. My eldest of 17 has been a big help, but I can't seem to learn how to just sit back and relax.
Naomi has already adjusted to our noise level. It amazes me how well they hear in the womb because any newborn would be jumping at the noise level here! She just goes with the flow and I know she hears well as she passed the hearing test!
Off to bed now as she slept all day, so she will be up all night!
