Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I'm not a very crafty person, but I thought you ladies could really make use of these sweet crafts The Toymaker.

The rest of the website is worth looking at also.

Here's a site with paper nativity scenes you can make yourself. Some are a too difficult for young children, but some are certainly appropriate for older elementary ages.

Here are some that look very challenging!

Canon 3D Papercraft

BTW... we LOVE The Toymaker. I keep some of her spinners in my purse just in case of boredom!

Oh my goodness! Those are adorable! I'm going to add it to my bookmarks for the children. My oldest son is really into polyhedra. He's forever printing nets to fold and now he's got his siblings doing it, too. They make great rainy-day fiddles and look beautiful when folded from pretty papers. You can print the nets on the white side of scrapbooking paper... Then hang them with string.

Oh I like these a lot. Lissa linked to them from her blog last year and I made several. I found that the triangle box was the perfect size for the Christmas tree ornaments I was making. They fit inside perfectly and made a great little gift!

Found this old thread through a search - so just in case you still didn't know about The Toymaker - I thought I'd pass along her latest newsletter in time for Thanksgiving.

We printed out the napkin holders last year. Ds is eying that ship this year.

Enjoy!

Those are such fun - I mentioned her site in Simple Gifts Magazine's Winter Issue!

We featured the little bears pushing the wagons. They make splendid little individual candy dishes/place cards!

Blessings,
