Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I was going to write Margot privately about this but I'm sure others could benefit from this as well.

My daughter is using LM this year for 7th grade after having used PLL, ILL, and I think 1 yr. of Easy Grammar per MODG lesson plans. After using the suggested Basic Lang. Principles with my oldest, I knew there was no way that would work for her. So we're subbing LM for her lang. arts and we're also doing the other suggestions in the MODG syllabus-- Wordy Wise 4 and Editor in Chief.

So my question is, does she also need to do Editor in Chief with the writing she's going in LM? She's hoping not, of course. I'd love to hear what you all think.
