I know this request is pretty minimal compared to others I've seen posted here  but if you have a moment to offer up some prayers for us, I'd appreciate it.
We have an open house showing at our home on Sunday and we close on our new house on Monday. The thought of two mortgage payments is terrifying, but we are taking a leap of faith as we truly believe that we are called to be at the other house (long story...).
Please pray to St. Anthony to find a buyer for us and for the right buyer to find our home (preferably Sunday  ), to St. Joseph, to Mary, to your own special saint, and (of course) to God, Whose will be done.

I know all about this topic, as far as prayer requests I will talk to my "heavenly team" (which has grown very large) for you. House selling and buying is just stressful , no matter what. Praying for your buyer, too....

Ok, so here's the update 
Our open house went well, according to the realtor. We had 13 people through (not including neighbors ). Some seemed interested, some not. All would have to sell their place first. It looks like it could be a long ride 
One man and his wife showed strong interest, but because he wanted to park his $40,000 motorcycle in our three season room over the winter! I can't imagine what they'd use the very family-friendly rest of the house for as they were middle aged and no children. Yikes! I always pictured a nice family moving here. There were a few of those through too. Oh, that they can beat him to the financing (which seemed like a long shot for the couple anyway). I know, not my will but God's!
I need to pray for patience and acceptance of God's time. I do know He will take care of us, but sometimes the wait seems so long (especially when I have to keep this place clean with 6 children under 8 years old running around being kids).

We have a CONTRACT on the house 
Of course, the #s aren't exactly what we had hoped for and it's going to be a stretch, but it's a CONTRACT! We are now trying to survive inspections (I hope there's nothing major - I sure don't know of anything! - we can't afford much). Thanks for the prayers and keep praying! If things progress well, they want to close Nov. 1 and take immediate possession. We have A LOT of work to do

PRAISE BE TO GOD! It finally is definite!!
We close and have to be out of the house by Nov. 1! It'll be a lot of work, but it is HAPPENING!
