Hi All,
We just moved a few weeks ago, and I had my first OB appt. with the perinatologists in our new city. The ultrasound lasted for over an hour....and our baby girl's jaw is still small, I still have polyhydramios, but not quite as bad...and when I got a little overwhelmed and panicky with tears..the doc said something about my Miraculous Medal..told me he "isn't a good Catholic, but I do pray the Rosary every day on my way to work" and encouraged me to ask everyone to pray to the Blessed Mother for the baby. I think he was being a humble guy....don't know too many "bad Catholics" that pray the Rosary every day. First, join me in a prayer of thanksgiving for what I felt like was a sign from our Lady that this doc is good and a faithful man, one of Her own....I had such a sense of peace when he told me he is Catholic and a prays the Rosary every day!!
The other prayer request...she is still breech, and not only breech, but a footling breech, with both little feet heading South!! I will have to have a c/s in around 4 weeks if she doesn't move, (she has been breech and transverse for the last several weeks). Did I mention I just MOVED to a new state a few weeks ago? I would love to have this baby without surgery..but I also am trying to pray for God's Will. He knows the big plan. Also, that baby girl doesn't have any breathing issues when she is born due to her small jaw, and that she comes out pink and hollerin'! Her big brother that had similiar issues needed a trach soon after birth....I hope we can avoid all of that....

It's so hard to be in a new place, with all this other stuff going on.
I will pray that your little girlie does a somersault that lands her the right way!  And that the other problems are minimized.

I can't imagine going through all that in a new place. What a blessing to have such a wonderful doctor. I will DEFINITELY be praying for you and your sweet little girl.
