...Dustin. He is my RAD child who has been in a youth shelter for the past month. This situation is so complicated. I know that some of you adoptive moms understand what our family is going through.

But last night he ran away from the shelter. The police found him at a not to nice home and took him back to the shelter. Today he ran away with a 9-year-old boy. The police are once again searching for him.

I do not know what to do except pray. My dh is also at a loss. Please pray for his protection and for our peace of mind in discerning what the next step is for him.

I just recieved a call from the shelter. Dustin and the younger boy were returned by the younger boy's natural mother. I am not certain what will happen now. But at least he is safe for now.
