Please share your tips on dealing with a yeast infection during pregnancy. I would like to use natural remedies if possible.

I have had wonderful results with Flora Balance. It works for all types of yeast problems in mother or baby. Within three days or so, symptoms are all but gone for me, completely naturally (although I continue to take it for a two to three weeks after that). The powder is a natural spore called lactobaccillus sporogenes which eats the yeast, unlike acidophilis which just tries to overpopulate the system with good bacteria.
During the time that I take it, I eat only fruits, vegetables and lean proteins. It is important to eliminate the yeast's food source (sugar, refined carbs). As the yeast die off, their toxins release into the bloodstream and cause a flu like state. This is usually the worst for days 2-4 and is all but alleviated with plenty of water and vitamin C.
Anyhow, hope this helps and that you are feeling better soon.
Love,

Yeast can sometimes be a sign hat blood sugars are high, so try limiting refined sugars and carbohydrates and bumping up your lean protein intake. Add some tea tree oil to your bath water and sit for a while.

During my first pregnancy, the midwife told us (at the military clinic, we were required to take a class) that your body tends to be more basic chemically so in order to help resist the increase of yeast, we need to add more acidic things to our diet. It can be something as simple as squeezing in a slice of lemon to your glass of water.

I'm glad you said while nursing...I was going to ask this.
Have you ever used their mind and body product?
I just ordered that. Thanks for posting I was reading about
lactobacillus sporogenes on two other sites trying to decide which to order.
