Speaking of great customer service...I called Alison's just now to check on a back-ordered item and being after hours I got a recording. Well, I did not leave a message, but within minutes I received a call back. They have shipped my back-ordered items, plus an item that was missing from my original order (frog puzzle) plus they sent a FREE thank you gift of the geography landform cards! Isn't that incredible!

I have just been so pleased with all of the vendors I ordered from (Alisons. MO, and M n Such) and it seems we are all having the same great customer service. It really helps restore my faith in mankind! Thanks be to God!

This is so helpful to read your customer service "reports"--I just placed orders with Alison's and Montessori Concepts and am hoping for a good experience, too!

If someone out there is thinking, oh, MC, that's the only one that wasn't a good experience--well, it's too late for me now, so just pray.

Celeste, I ordered from both Alison's and Montessori Concepts (as well as our pal Lori and Montessori Services and Nienhuis (just a couple of manuals, I've got kids to feed!), and I was VERY impressed with the customer service at MC. I ordered their intro to the decimal system and it's beautiful. In fact, I paid $50 for it and immediately after my order the price changed to $47--there was a credit to my account the same day. And when I telephoned with a couple of questions about the size of the small and large movable alphabet letters, the gentleman I spoke with told me that there were also several new items that weren't on the web site yet, and he immediately sent me a price list via email. I've got a big wish list building up!

I hope you'll be as delighted by MC as I was.

Celeste did you mean Montessori Outlet (instead of MC)?? I had a great experience with Montessori Outlet as well as Montessori Concepts, well all of them so far for that matter!! Sorry if it wasn't clear earlier on in the posting , so glad you are happy, it's a very good feeling to be confident in this great investment we are making in our dc
