Thanks, everyone, for your prayers and encouragement!
I have to share with you....
The head gasket blew on our van...one of our neighbors was going out of town and lent us his truck for a couple of days - and in order to get us all to church together on Sunday, another neighbor lent us their van....
Then, some friends of ours had a 1997 Ford Taurus sedan that they wanted to sell - they sold it to us for $300. We didn't have the cash but they said, "When you get it, no worries."
Ok, so I'm driving around this morning and I see yellow jackets hanging around the driver's side mirror and in my mind, I'm likening their existence to spiritual warfare...
Anyway, upon my return from running errands, I notice two yellow jackets...and tell dh that, "I think there's a nest in the side-view mirrors of the car."
Sure enough.
So, laugh with me friends at the craziness that is our life....
But we have a great, newish, little car.
Praying for all your intentions as well.
