Thank you all. I was sad the deal fell through but not too surprised- the buyers came up with an extensive list of extra things they wanted- a new roof, the house repainted- all nice but unnecessary, with us footing the bill. It is such a buyer's market here that people are not afraid to make demands above and beyond what is normal.

Anyway- there is always St. Joe, and his back up team, the Trinity. It will all work out. I just have to try to be more patient.
