Thanks ladies, we had our home appraised and it required ALOT of work for us, meaning I am not quite gifted in organizing  However the appraiser came, he went and assured us the number we needed (hoped for) was not a problem in fact most likely much higher  I am doing the happy dance today......we get new windows!!!!
