Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I just found out yesterday that our priest, Fr Frank, had been in the hospital all week. From what I heard he has a polyp in his colon. It is not believed to be cancerous, but he needs to have it removed. Please pray for a successful surgery and quick and complete recovery. Fr Frank is one of the warriors, he is not afraid to say anything from the pulpit, so we cannot afford to lose his presence. Thanks.

Praying.

Our Lady, Queen of Priests, by your intercession may Fr. Frank be speedily and completely healed of his ailment.

Thank you one and all for your prayers!!! From what I have heard, Fr Frank had a colonoscopy about 2 weeks ago (this was after the stint in the hospital where they found the mass). They found nothing during the colonscopy, even the original lump was not there. It is not clear what happened, but he is fine now. I first saw him about a week ago and although he was very weak sounding he looked great. He said liturgy today (which is very demanding) and gave a normal length sermon and seemed very well. He was found to be lactose intolerant, but that seems to be the extent of what is wrong. Thank you again for all your prayers!!!
