What supplements do you take for postpartum recovery? I have packed red rasperry tea bags and Mothers Milk tea bags. Does anyone have any other good suggestions? Someone has mentioned nettles/alfalfa - how do you take these - tea? supplement?

Nettles are a must for anemic me, I throw it in with my RRL, but I use loose herbs, not bags. Homeopathic arnica is good for achy muscles and sore bottoms, cramp bark tincture is good for afterpains. (I pray you are spared from these!) Getting close Marilyn! Been praying for you.

Hi Marilyn,
I know it's not supplements but I have to say I loved the Earth Mama Angel Baby products! I used the Post Partum recovery tea, the bottom balm and spray and the New Mama body spray. I bought them based on recommendations here, in a different thread.
