Does anyone know anything about dome homes? Does anyone live in a dome home?

Dh has been looking at them online, and they appear to be extremely affordable.

They are pretty neat. Dh and I have discussed them, but we'd probably end up with a strawbuilt/earth sheltered combination. Dh would love a living roof/solar roof water heating system with rainwater collection/gray water septic system...

(I figure if you're looking at dome homes, you know what most of that is, lol).

A family in our area built a sod house. A friend was telling me about them. They homeschool their ten children, and it was a family project. I'd love to find out more.
