I decided to try the cream this cycle. Do I take it until my period starts? The directions say to take it until day 28 but if I happen to conceive, which is always a possibility, that wouldn't be good to stop it abruptly on day 28. Will my period eventually come if I continue to use the cream?

If you are using it to do a shut-down, then you would use it from cycle day 5 until cycle day 26, though some say cycle day 25, then you take 7 days off and start again. If you do get pregnant, then you would use it at least until the start of your second trimester and you want to wean yourself off of it slowly. If you are using it and have regular periods, then you start the 3rd day after three high temps...if you aren't temping, then you need to watch for cervial mucas that looks like egg-whites and on the 3rd day start using it until your period comes. Again, if you become pregnant, then don't stop it.
