A dear friend just wrote me the following:
I'm asking for your prayers for my husband who died Monday from a stroke. The kids and I are devastated. Prayers for his soul are greatly appreciated.
Can you please join me in prayer for my friend's husband's soul, as well as for her family's healing? This was an unexpected death.

This is very sad, and sobering. It really brings home that Our Lord can come 'like a thief in the night' and that we must be ready.
We will be praying for your friends family and her husbands soul.
