My ds has severe doctor-phobia and each visit is a huge stress for all of us. Tomorrow we are going to see the pediatric GI specialist. Last fall my ds had a rectal skin tag/polyp removed, and now we are seeing some minor blood in his stool, so I'm sure he will have to undergo a full colonoscopy to rule out further polyps.

I have not told him yet that we are going tomorrow- he would have cried all day today. My dh is at work out of town and will not be able to come with us. So it will be my ds, my dd and myself trying to get through this visit. I am very anxious and worried.

Please pray I am able to handle ds's fears and that the doctor will be able to examine him. He is so upset now at any doctors office that the doctors can hardly touch him.

Thanks for your prayers. It was tough but we made it through. It took three people (including me) to restrain him for a blood sample. His procedure is set for June 18th.
