Has she had roseola yet? Each of my children have had an unexplained (and unnerving) fever without other symptoms for up to three days then show the roseola spots, much to my relief. Praying!

Prayers. Another possibility to consider is a UTI. My girls have had a few. A fever was the only apparent symptom.

Thank you so much ladies. One dose of Tylenol brought the fever down, and she's been fine since though kind of restless during the night. It's very strange as she had a fever twice last week (on two different days), but same thing- one dose of Tylenol. But those weren't so high. This time she just spiked up to 103 out of the blue after being fine all day. She came to sit on my lap at rosary time and I noticed she was a little hot potato. You ladies are such a blessing!
