I have had severe health problems for the last 7 years and especially for the last 4 pregnancies. It is a very long, complicated story, including being written about in a surgeons medical journal.
For the past 5 years my bone marrow doesn't function normally so my count goes low my platlets go high and I need transfusions and iron i.v.'s.
Some of my surgeon's want me to have a hyterectomy, as soon as possible. That is what today's appointment is about. I am especially looking for some piece of mind to accept the doctor's choices. I don't really know my feelings about this yet because it hasn't sunk in. I do know I have had 5 major surgeries and 3 c-sections and am very afraid of more surgery.
Any prayers would be greatly appreciated.

Joann I will pray! I suffered severe mercury poisoning when I was 16 and so when I am pregnant, my bone marrow plays up and I have abnormal blood readings that when I was first preganant, was quite serious (until they discovered it disappeared immediately after pregnancy and then re-emmerged with subsequent pregnancies...) these things are worrying and they are not to be compared to your worries, so I'M PRAYING!!!
