I am not sure what I am making for dinner tonight . My dd will has tryouts for two differnt soccer teams and swim practice tonight. I am not sure yet where we will chose to go .
If we end up eating at home, I think we I will make beef stir-fry.

Whatever we end up with will have pork in it, on it, or next to it. Our freezer is overflowing with different cuts of pork.

I grilled a london broil early and slied it up with peppers and onions. I put it in wraps with grated pepper jack cheese. We had a soccer try-out and karate tonight so it was in the oven on warm ready for the various dinner shifts.
