My dh has just been bombarded with difficulties lately. We are down to one car for the near future and he has to work on the other one, which also depleted our savings. He has been dealing with cracked pipes outdoors for over 2 weeks and has had to tear up some sidewalks. He just came down with a 2nd upper resp. virus in a month and is really feeling horrible, yet he has to work overtime to keep up. He's handling the stress o.k. but your prayers, especially during Holy Week could really help bolster his faith and help him to put his trust in the Lord. Thank you!

Oh Gwen, I am sorry. Keeping the family financially afloat and all of the house repair tasks to boot -- these are such big burdens on a husband and the responsibility can be draining when all is not going smoothly. He is in our prayers.

Thank you one and all. I wanted to pop back and tell you that dh is feeling much, much better; I was worried about bronchitis or pneumonia and now it looks like we won't have to go to the dr! I'm including all of your intentions in my prayers. Have a blessed Holy Week.
