My mom has had her house on the market for well over a year. It is very well priced and is beautiful but it is in a *very* slow market. In that time they haven't had more than 2 offers. I just got a call from her that someone has looked at it 4 times in the last 72 hours and will be writing an offer. Please say a prayer that the offer is good and that they can finally sell this house. They have been paying 2 mortgages for over a year We really want my mom to retire and this is the first step! Thanks ladies!!!
