A friend of mine is having a mastectomy on the 26th. Please keep her and her doctors in your prayers. They have two young boys and her older sister died of ovarian cancer at 16 when we were still in high school, so there's a lot on her mind. Please pray also for comfort and peace of mind for her dh and mom, and for her sis who's traveling from IN to NJ to be with her that week. Thanks so much.

Thank you all so much for your prayers! The surgery went well, and reconstruction is ongoing but going well also. My friend continues to be in good spirits and inspires us with her positive outlook in life. They did find a micro-invasion that they're watching to make sure it doesn't get into the bloodstream, so they would appreciate continued prayers, as she's high risk for a recurrence. Thank you.
