Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Tim,
I was wondering if I am causing any problems to the site by not always logging out? I seem to get distracted with something during the day, close the computer, then remember hours later that I am still logged in! Last night I couldn't sleep because I thought I might still be logged in. Sure enough, I was! Everyone must think I have lots of time to be on the board!

I am blaming everything I can on pregnancy brain!

Thanks,
Angela

Angela-

Actually, you don't need to worry about logging out at all, unless you share your computer with someone else who uses the forum under a different username. Your website session will time out after 20 minutes or so of inactivity.

The reason it appeared that you were still logged in would be that you chose the 'remember me' setting the previous time that you logged in. When you do that, the forum does not require you to log in again -- it 'remembers' who you are thru the use of a browser cookie -- and it begins a new session for you as soon as you access the site again.

HTH.
